Delica Pumpkin
The wait is over. Delica Pumpkins are back for another season. These are grown by Oscar in the mineral-rich soils of Sermide, shaped by the ancient Po river. By limiting irrigation, the plants draw deeply from the clay, developing sweetness and complexity. He pours time and care into growing and curing each one, resulting in unmatched sugar levels and beautifully concentrated flavour. Velvety and buttery-sweet, Oscar's Delica reach up to 13° Brix (a measurement of sugar content in fruit) compared to the 6-8°Bx you’ll find in most pumpkins. A true testament to his pursuit of flavour over yield, and a fruit worthy of taking centre stage in your next autumnal dish.

Seasonal Apples
It’s been more than a decade since we first started working with John who manages 60+ acres of orchard fruits in the East Sussex. While most modern apple orchards will nurture no more than five or six varieties, John grows more than 46, alongside pears and plums. Varietal diversity is crucial for resilience in orchards, especially as more extreme weather threatens to wipe out whole crops. John’s biodiverse approach ensures he can balance any losses while continuing to harvest fruits with varied flavour profiles.
